Returns & cancellations

I work really hard to accurately photograph and add correct measurements on each listing, therefore I do not accept returns or cancellations in the event something is no longer wanted or doesn’t fit. Returns can be extremely damaging to a small business like mine. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Services

I ship all orders with Canada Post or FedEx - both are available to select at checkout. On occasion either service may not be available e.g. if Canada Post is on strike or if you are wanting your order shipped to a PO Box (not offered by FedEx).

Tracking & Insurance

Every order is sent with a tracking number provided. Insurance varies depending on location and package value. Within North America, Canada Post insures jewelry packages up to a value of $500 Canadian. For any orders with a higher value than this, I recommend choosing FedEx who offer full-value insurance.
For international orders, insurance is not included in the basic fare, therefore I recommend upgrading to ensure you’re covered in the event of loss/damage (I do not refund orders that are lost in shipping that aren’t insured).

Shipping Rates (prices in CAD)

North America: Canada Post – free  (standard, insured up to $500), $10 (express, insured up to $500). FedEx (fully insured) – $20.
UK: Canada Post – $15 (uninsured), FedEx (fully insured) – $65.
Other: Canada Post – $25 (uninsured), $90 (insured up to $500). FedEx (fully insured)- $120.

Shipping Times (Estimated)

Canada: Canada Post – 7-14 business days (standard), 3-7 business days (express) . FedEx – 3-7 business days.
USA: Canada Post – 10-14 business days (standard), 7-10 business days (express) . FedEx – 5-7 business days.
UK: Canada Post – 14 business days. FedEx – 10 business days.
Other: Canada Post – 14 business days (standard), 10 business days (express). FedEx – 10 business days.

Please note – these shipping times are estimates only. Many factors can delay your package in transit including customs checks. Please understand that once your order leaves my hands it’s out of my control. See my FAQ page if your order has taken more time than usual to arrive.
