Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
I currently only ship to select countries. I wish I could ship everywhere but various import laws plus packaging & safety regulations prevent me from being able to. I’m currently only shipping to Canada, USA, The UK (excluding NI), Australia, NZ & Japan.
Do you accept returns?
I work hard to accurately photograph and display measurements for each item before it leaves my hands, therefore I do not accept returns in the event something is no longer wanted or doesn’t fit.
How long will my order take to ship?
Ready-to-ship pieces are usually shipped within 5 days. Made-to-order pieces have different processing times that can always be found on the listing. If illness prevents me from shipping on time I’ll always send an email.
How long will my order take to get to me?
Once your order leaves my hands, shipping times can vary. Please see my full shipping & returns page for details.
My order is late or was lost/stolen. What can be done?
Many factors can delay your order including customs checks. If enough time has passed (30-60 days depending on the service) we can submit a claim to Canada Post. Claims must be made within 90 days (domestic) or 6 months (international) of the ship date.
Is my order tracked and insured?
All orders are sent with a tracking number provided. Insurance levels vary depending on your location. Please see my full shipping and returns page for more details.
Will I have to pay a tariff / import fee?
All international orders may be subject to an import fee. You may be required to pay this fee before your order is delivered. Please check your local countries’ laws for the exact percentage you would owe. This percentage is based on the value of the package. It’s a legal requirement for me to state the correct value on each package.
My order was damaged in shipping. What can be done?
Send me photos of the damage immediately and I can submit a claim to Canada Post. Keep the damaged packaging as they may require us to send this off to validate the claim.
My shipping address is wrong on my order. What can I do?
If your order has already shipped we have no choice but to wait (see my order was lost/stolen). If we’re lucky and the item is returned to me, it’s the buyers responsibility to pay for new shipping costs.

Do you accept custom orders?
I’m currently not accepting custom orders but I’m always willing to discuss potentially replicating previous designs. Send me an email!
How often do you add new items?
It can really vary so the best way to stay up to date with new work is to follow (and engage with) me on Instagram, and by subscribing to my newsletter.
My item broke. What can be done?
Please send me an email with photos of the damage and how it occurred and we can go from there.
Do you offer resizing?
Resizing isn’t always possible depending on the band/stone. Please send me an email with your order number and I can let you know. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer so it can often be more worthwhile finding a local jeweler.
How do I find out my ring size?
Please please please do not measure your finger with a piece of paper or string. This never gives an accurate result and I don’t offer returns! I suggest buying a cheap ring sizer online, or visiting a local jeweler who will often do this for free.
How do I find out my cuff size?
Cuff sizes can be measured with a piece of string. You’ll want to wrap the string just above your wrist bone. I always list cuff sizes with measurements in inches.
Can an item be made with a different stone / in a different size?
Send me an email with a photo of the piece you’re interested in and I can let you know! Cost may vary depending on the stone choice.
How do I properly care for my jewellery?
