Size info below. You should be measuring your wrist above the wrist bone. Take into account if your size is at the the lower end of the spectrum it will fit looser, the latter end of the spectrum it’ll be tighter. For guidance – my wrist measures 5.75″ so an XS cuff fits me perfectly (no movement on the wrist). If I wanted a looser fit (so the cuff moves) I’d order a S. They are also slightly adjustable, but shouldn’t be altered more than once or the metal can become brittle and break

XS – inside circumference is 5.5″ including a 1″ opening, so best fits wrists measuring 5.5″ – 5.75″
S – inside circumference is 5.75″ including a 1″ opening, so best fits wrists measuring 5.7.5″ – 6″
M – inside circumference is 6″ including a 1″ opening, so best fits wrists measuring 6″ – 6.25″
L – inside circumference is 6.5″ including a 1″ opening, so best fits wrists measuring 6.5″ – 6.75″
