Size info below. You should be measuring your wrist above the wrist bone. Take into account if your size is at the the lower end of the spectrum it will fit looser, the latter end of the spectrum it’ll be tighter. For guidance – if your wrist measures 6″, the small cuff will have a tight fit without any movement on the wrist. They are also slightly adjustable, but shouldn’t be altered more than once or the metal can become brittle and break

S – inside circumference is 5.75″ including a 1″ opening, so best fits wrists measuring 5.7.5″ – 6″

M/L – inside circumference is 6.25″ including a 1″ opening, so best fits wrists measuring 6.25″ – 6.5″
